1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of Scuadra, a software platform developed by Bromus Software.

By accessing or using Scuadra, users agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Scuadra provides AI-powered agents, workflow orchestration, automations and integrations with third-party services.

Certain platform features may require connections to external providers such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or other third-party systems.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of their accounts
  • Use the platform lawfully
  • Avoid abusive, fraudulent or harmful activities
  • Respect third-party terms and regulations

Users are responsible for the actions performed through their connected accounts and workflows.

4. AI-Generated Content

Scuadra may generate outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated responses, classifications, recommendations or automations may contain inaccuracies or unintended results.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in operational, financial, legal or business-critical contexts.

5. Third-Party Services

Scuadra may integrate with external services and APIs operated by third parties.

Bromus Software is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
  • API limitations or policy changes
  • Data availability outside Scuadra infrastructure

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of Scuadra is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at:

7. Availability

Bromus Software does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or security incidents may temporarily affect availability.

8. Security

Users are responsible for:

  • Protecting their credentials
  • Managing access permissions
  • Reviewing connected integrations

Bromus Software implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property

Scuadra, its software, branding, workflows, interfaces and related materials are the intellectual property of Bromus Software unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their own data and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bromus Software shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

Scuadra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Suspension and Termination

Bromus Software may suspend or terminate access to Scuadra in cases including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Security risks
  • Legal requirements

Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Updated versions will be published on the official Scuadra website.
